How does OlmiConnect protect my privacy? Your privacy is paramount to OlmiConnect. We have a comprehensive policy to ensure the protection of our customers' personal information in all our business operations. Ending your services with OlmiConnect If I have a term contract with OlmiConnect, is my service automatically canceled at the end of the service period? No, your service will continue on a month-to-month basis until you notify OlmiConnect that you wish to cancel the service or renew your Agreement. The terms and conditions of your Agreement, including all rates and charges, will apply to your month-to-month service. Promotional features offered free or at a reduced rate during your service period will not be automatically renewed with month-to-month service.

Can I cancel my service at any time? Yes. To cancel your service, contact OlmiConnect with the date you want the cancellation to be effective. Cancellation fees may apply.

Can I take my number to another provider? Yes, you have the right to take or "port" your number to another telecommunications company.

Can OlmiConnect cancel my service? OlmiConnect may suspend or cancel your service if you have not complied with the terms of this Agreement or any other service agreement you have with us (or if OlmiConnect reasonably believes that either may occur). While your service is suspended, you remain responsible for all regularly recurring charges. You will also be charged a reconnection fee as specified on your bill to reconnect a suspended service. OlmiConnect may also suspend or cancel service in order to install, maintain, test, repair, remove, replace, modify, upgrade or improve the operation of the Services or the network. Upon suspension or cancellation, OlmiConnect will have no obligation to maintain any voicemail messages, contact information, or other content related to your use of the Service and you agree that all such messages, information, and content may be deleted immediately without notice to you.

What charges am I responsible for when my service ends with OlmiConnect? If you cancel your service or if OlmiConnect cancels it for any reason, you remain responsible for any outstanding balances, including equipment fees, and for all amounts chargeable to your account up to the time the service is canceled. Any recurring charges that were billed at the beginning of your billing cycle will be partially refunded so that you are only charged for the portion of the month in which your service was active.

For business customers What do I need to do to make a claim? If you are a business customer, any claim that you have against us, or that we have against you, relating to the services or this agreement must be referred to private and confidential arbitration before a single arbitrator, under the rules of the ADR Institute of Canada. This paragraph does not apply to the collection of any amounts that you may owe to OlmiConnect or to your rights to make a complaint to any administrative authority that has jurisdiction over OlmiConnect or the services. Eligibility To be eligible for a promotional offer for a partnered service through OlmiConnect, you must have a subscription with an OlmiConnect monthly plan of [Your Amount Here]. Available to new and existing subscribers to the applicable partnered service. The courtesy period provided by OlmiConnect is a one-time promotional add-on purchase. OlmiConnect reserves the right to remove or amend the offer at any time.

Activation After you sign up for an add-on or promotional offer for a partnered service through OlmiConnect, we will send you an email with a link to activate your subscription. The link will direct you to log in with OlmiConnect Self Serve, and it will also redirect you to the partner service’s website to log in or set up your account.

Please note that you must have or open an account with the partner service to use and sign up for your subscription and that your account and subscription are governed by agreements with the partner, including their Terms of Use and Privacy Notice.

Billing Once you have subscribed to the partnered service, your subscription fees for the first [Your Period Here] will be at no cost to you if you receive a promotional offer. The standard subscription charges will apply after the promotional period. OlmiConnect will charge you the monthly subscription fee starting on the following month and every succeeding month thereafter for the partnered service as part of your monthly bill, unless and until you cancel your membership through your OlmiConnect Self Serve.

Termination by Us OlmiConnect may revoke your partnered service subscription, at our sole discretion without notice to you, if we suspect any fraudulent activity, misuse of your subscription, or violation of these terms or any applicable law by you. No refund will be given in case of revocation.

OlmiConnect Support Customer inquiries relating to your mobile plan performance or to billing or payment for partnered services on your OlmiConnect account should be directed to OlmiConnect at [OlmiConnect Help Link].

Other Terms and Conditions Partnered service subscriptions that include mobile apps, streaming content services, and any other services that require connection to the Internet use data. Data usage incurred from using content online on a device connected to our network will count toward your monthly mobile data allowance, unless otherwise provided in your offer or promotion.

OlmiConnect reserves the right to change these Terms at any time without notice. If applicable, we’ll let you know if we do this by posting revised Terms on our website.
